We know you have many choices when choosing a pediatric dentist so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
If you have dental insurance, we will file claims for you as a courtesy provided we have all the necessary information and the insurance is not direct reimbursement. We are not a participating provider or in-network with any insurance company. We do not have contracts with your insurance company, only you do. We are not responsible for how your insurance company handles its claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim. We can only assist you in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment and we at no time guarantee what your insurance will or will not pay on each claim.
It is important for you to be familiar with your insurance benefits, as we will collect from you the estimated amount insurance is not expected to pay. This will be due at time treatment is provided.
Regardless of insurance status, all accounts must be cleared within 90 days of the date of service.
Payment for professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. We make every effort to provide you with a treatment plan which fits your timetable, budget and gives your child the best possible care.
In situations where parents are in different households, the parent who brings the child will be responsible for the account along with any third party from whom a written agreement is made.
